Deborah joined Yad L’Olim at the beginning of its founding and played a pivotal role in developing its operational infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Her leadership is instrumental in driving the organization's operational development and strategic vision. She communicates and collaborates across departments and ensures the smooth functioning of the organization on a daily basis. Deborah has extensive experience working in the nonprofit sector, her previous work focused mostly in the education and charity sectors, most recently at the Lookstein Virtual Jewish Academy before entering her current role at Yad L’Olim.
Deborah holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire where she studied Tourism Management. She is originally from the UK and immigrated to Israel in 2009 from London and now lives in Modi’in with her family.
