Deborah Finkelstein

Deborah has been part of Yad L’Olim since its founding and has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s operational backbone. She leads the development of systems, structures, and processes that turn vision into action and ensure the organization can grow sustainably while remaining mission-driven.
Known for her hands-on leadership and collaborative approach, Deborah works closely across teams to keep Yad L’Olim running smoothly and effectively every day. She plays a key role in translating strategic goals into practical execution, enabling the organization to better serve Olim navigating Israel’s complex bureaucracy.

Originally from the UK, Deborah made aliyah in 2009 and now lives in Modi’in with her family.
