Leora is a registered nurse and has a Master's in Public Health from Hebrew University. She is passionate about health education, with a focus on policy change and evidence-based intervention programs. Through her work as a Senior Healthcare Advisor at The Shira Pransky Project, and now Yad l'Olim, Leora has assisted thousands of Olim to understand their healthcare rights and access benefits & medical care. As an expert in Israeli Healthcare Rights, she is highly skilled at managing complex healthcare cases, and is known for her ability to assist those in need with clear information and compassion.  She made Aliyah in 2015 from Chicago, Illinois, and lives in Jerusalem with her family
