Chaim Rhein

Chaim has extensive experience in the Aliyah nonprofit sector spanning over 15 years in The Jewish Agency and Nefesh B’Nefesh. With a real passion for Aliyah and helping Olim throughout their absorption process in Israel, Chaim brings a high level of expertise to all projects and programs within Olim government advocacy and absorption services. Chaim is experienced in building out processes, protocols, along with data analysis and optimization within Olim assistance programs and has managed large teams and projects. He holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Machon Lev - Jerusalem College of Technology. Chaim made Aliyah as a child with his family in 1985 from New York. He later studied in a Hesder yeshiva and served in the tank corps during his army service in the IDF. He currently lives in Efrat with his wife and 5 children. At Yad L’Olim, Chaim plays a key role in building the connection between the needs of the Olim within our Absorption Department and the policies and legislative agenda that we bring forward to the Knesset.
