Ayala has nearly a decade of experience in non-profit programming and management. She is known for her passion & creativity, and has developed & expanded critical programs to educate and assist Olim within the Israeli Healthcare System. In all her work, Ayala focuses on the effectiveness, vision, and strategic growth of programs in order to best serve those in need. In addition to her leadership and organizational experience, she is an expert in Israeli healthcare rights, and a skilled informal educator. Ayala made Aliyah after serving in Sherut Leumi, and received her B.A. from Bar Ilan University. She lives in the suburbs of Jerusalem with her husband and 4 children.
